Open Pool: Ham Exam Prep · Effective date: October 5, 2026
Open Pool keeps your studying on your iPhone. There is no account, the developer collects no data, and the app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Open Pool does not ask you to sign up or sign in. You can use every part of the app without giving us your name, email address, or any other personal information.
Your study progress is stored only on your iPhone and is never sent to the developer. This includes:
The developer collects no data from Open Pool. The app contains no third-party analytics frameworks, no advertising networks, and no tracking SDKs. We do not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites.
If you buy the one-time unlock for the General and Extra pools, the purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive your payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you turn on study reminders, they are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone. There is no push server, and no reminder information leaves your device. You can turn reminders off in the app or in iOS Settings at any time.
If you have chosen in iOS settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may provide the developer with crash reports and aggregated App Store Connect analytics, such as install and usage counts. This information comes from Apple, not from code in Open Pool, and it does not identify you personally. If you have not opted in, Apple does not share it. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles this information.
Because your data is stored only on your device, you control it. Deleting Open Pool from your iPhone deletes all of its data.
Open Pool is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
