Terms of Use

App License

CreatorRoll is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). These terms supplement the Standard EULA; where they conflict, the Standard EULA governs the application license.

CreatorRoll Pro & Subscriptions

CreatorRoll is free to download and use with core video shoot review and cleaning tools. CreatorRoll Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited shoot management and advanced cleanup tools.

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or upon conclusion of any applicable free trial period.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same duration and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing and Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings (Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions). See Apple's guide to cancelling a subscription. Cancelling turns off automatic renewal; you retain full access to Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
• Restore Purchases: If you previously purchased a CreatorRoll Pro subscription, tap Restore Purchases in CreatorRoll Settings to reactivate it on any iPhone signed in with the same Apple ID. Restoring is free.
• Refunds: All purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.

Your Content & Photos Library

You retain full ownership of all video recordings, media, and creative projects on your device. CreatorRoll operates entirely on-device and never uploads or copies your videos to any external server. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming any deletions initiated in the app. Deletions are processed through Apple Photos and moved to the system Recently Deleted album, where they are retained for 30 days under Apple's standard photo management rules.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

The software code, user interface, design, and graphics associated with CreatorRoll are owned by Quan Dang. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the application, except as permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use CreatorRoll only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA.

Availability & Changes

CreatorRoll is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, improve, or modify features over time to enhance performance and usability.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quan Dang provides CreatorRoll without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Quan Dang be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the application.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of CreatorRoll after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
