These Terms of Use govern your use of LinkPocket, provided by Quan Dang. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
By downloading, accessing, or using LinkPocket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your country) to create an account and use LinkPocket.
To use LinkPocket, you register an account using your email address and password. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly at ohioa4@gmail.com if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
LinkPocket Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, Annual or Monthly, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to the Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (after the trial ends if a trial is used). The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by country. Refunds are handled by Apple. Deleting your LinkPocket account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
You retain full ownership of all content you save or create in LinkPocket, including the links, notes, tags, and folders you save. You grant Quan Dang a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process this content solely to run and provide the service to you.
The folder suggestion feature sends link metadata to an AI categorization service as described in the Privacy Policy.
The LinkPocket service includes the iOS application, the iOS share extension, and the browser extension. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with or compromise its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or reverse engineer any part of the service except as permitted by applicable law.
You can delete your account and all saved data at any time from within the app by going to Settings > Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and permanently removes your profile, bookmarks, and folders from our servers. Deleting your LinkPocket account does not cancel an App Store subscription; please manage or cancel active subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
We strive to keep LinkPocket reliable and available, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quan Dang provides LinkPocket without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Quan Dang be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of LinkPocket after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
