These Terms of Use govern your use of GROL Pool, provided by Quan Dang. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
GROL Pool is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add to that agreement; where they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
GROL Pool is free to download, and Element 1 is fully free. A single one-time in-app purchase unlocks Element 3. It is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, no free trial, and no advertising. Payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The price is shown in the app and may vary by country. You can restore a previous purchase with Restore Purchases in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple.
GROL Pool is a study aid for preparing for the FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License written exams. Using the app does not guarantee that you will pass any exam or obtain any licence. Always check current exam requirements with the FCC or your examination manager.
GROL Pool is an independent study app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) or any Commercial Operator License Examination Manager (COLEM).
The exam questions are from the FCC question pools approved on June 25, 2009, which are in the public domain. The app's software, design, and original text are owned by Quan Dang.
You agree to use GROL Pool only for lawful purposes and not to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app except as permitted by applicable law or the Standard EULA.
GROL Pool is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the app at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quan Dang provides GROL Pool without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Quan Dang be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of GROL Pool after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
