App License

Gracebloom is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). These terms supplement the Standard EULA; where they conflict, the Standard EULA governs the application license.

Gracebloom Premium & Subscriptions

Gracebloom is free to download and use. The daily verse of the day, offline Bible reader, and core spoken audio are always free. Gracebloom Premium unlocks all widget photo customization, all background music beds and ambient soundscapes, bedtime and topical playlists, and unlimited prayer journal themes.

• Plans and prices: Gracebloom Premium is offered in three options:
  • Weekly: $4.99 per week, auto-renewing subscription.
  • Yearly: $34.99 per year, auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
  • Lifetime: $59.99 one-time purchase (not a subscription; pay once to keep forever).
  Prices are in US dollars, may vary by country or currency, and are clearly displayed in the app prior to purchase.
• Free trial: The yearly subscription plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the 7-day trial period ends, the subscription will start and your Apple ID account will be charged $34.99 for the yearly subscription.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or upon conclusion of your free trial.
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same duration and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings (Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions). See Apple's guide to cancelling a subscription. Cancelling turns off automatic renewal; you retain full access to Premium features until the end of your current paid billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
• Restore Purchases: If you previously bought a subscription or the Lifetime unlock, tap Restore Purchases in Gracebloom Settings or on the Premium screen to activate it on any device signed into the same Apple ID. Restoring is free.
• Refunds: All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.

Scripture & Devotional Content

Scripture texts in Gracebloom are from the World English Bible (English) and Reina-Valera 1909 (Spanish), both of which are in the public domain.

Devotional reflections, audio narrations, and study prompts are study and meditation aids designed to encourage your personal spiritual life. They are not the official doctrine of any church or denomination and do not constitute professional, pastoral, or theological advice.

Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Gracebloom is designed for spiritual encouragement and scripture meditation. It is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care. If you are struggling with heavy anxiety, depression, or distress, please consult a qualified healthcare provider or counselor. If you are in immediate danger or distress, contact local emergency services.

Ownership

The scripture texts of the World English Bible and Reina-Valera 1909 are in the public domain. The software code, user interface, original illustrations, design, and audio recordings are owned by Quan Dang.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Gracebloom only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app, except as permitted by applicable law.

Availability & Changes

Gracebloom is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, enhance, or modify features and content over time to improve the app experience.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quan Dang provides Gracebloom without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Quan Dang be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Gracebloom after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
